Ecstatic Dance moves you in ways nothing else will. Breaking the boundaries of conventional movement and dance, allowing full freedom of self expression and conscious connection.
Soft, gentle music slowly builds to an epic crescendo of raw release, and pure power. United, we move as one, feeding each other energetically as the Kundalini explodes and we enter euphoric bliss. We each dance our own journey, but together we rise.
A mixture of instrumental, tribal, electronic and more. There will be no phones, and no eyes watching you. This is an opportunity to let go of inhibitions, shame, fear, and stagnation. Our natural state is to move and flow, this session will allow you the space to find your own flow, and dance out anything that no longer serves
