We begin with a Kundalini Activation session before lunch, followed by Kundalini Innerdance, and topping it all off with a wild Ecstatic Dance and Cacao.

During the KA session, you will have to do nothing but surrender, allowing the process to unfold. You will lie comfortably on a provided yoga mat with your eyes closed, listening to music that enhances the experience. Facilitators may gently touch chakra or meridian points on your body to channel this energy.

As the energy moves, you may feel emotional release, spontaneous movement, deep insight, bliss, laughter, or a powerful sense of peace. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive — with a deeper connection to love, pleasure, and purpose. The activation doesn’t end on the mat; it can shift your vibration, creating real, lasting change in your life.

Innerdance combines energy work and shamanic journeying.

It peels away layers of the mind and allows you to dance through your subconscious, revealing deep insights.

Lying down on your mat, you enter a journey of sound and inner vision. Specifically designed music, frequencies and beats impact your brainwaves resulting in feelings of dreaming awake.

Surreal dream states, psychedelics, near death experiences, kundalini awakening, life regression, birth visions and so much more. We invite you to a shared space of trust, vulnerability, and transformation. These processes are not for the faint of heart or those just looking to scratch the surface of their inner being. When we trust the process, innerdance has a powerful ability to initiate deep healing and accelerated growth.

The innerdance provides a safe space for curious exploration, deep inquiry, insight, and profound shifts in awareness both internally and externally. It allows the body to cleanse emotionally, psychologically and subconsciously, as old information rises to the surface, ready to release. You will often be left feeling deeply rested and changed on a cellular level.

Accompanying the soundscape will be singing bowls, rattles, drums and bells, as well as Kundalini Activation facilitation. This is a powerful space to let go of the old, and call in a new story

Ecstatic Dance moves you in ways nothing else will. Breaking the boundaries of conventional movement and dance, allowing full freedom of self expression and conscious connection.

Soft, gentle music slowly builds to an epic crescendo of raw release, and pure power. United, we move as one, feeding each other energetically as the Kundalini explodes and we enter euphoric bliss. We each dance our own journey, but together we rise.

A mixture of instrumental, tribal, electronic and more. There will be no phones, and no eyes watching you. This is an opportunity to let go of inhibitions, shame, fear, and stagnation. Our natural state is to move and flow, this session will allow you the space to find your own flow, and dance out anything that no longer serves

With some beautiful support from the plant medicine kingdom, we offer you a cup of warm cacao to open your heart as you dance. With a 42g ceremonial dose, the powerful spirit of cacao will flow with us on this journey, bringing us into oneness and universal love

Mirabel is a Reiki Master & Kundalini Activation Facilitator who began her spiritual journey over a decade ago while working in the legal world. After exploring countless healing modalities, it was Kundalini Activation that truly cracked her open — helping her cultivate deep self-love, connect with others, and step fully into her power.

Now, she’s passionate about sharing this life-changing energy with others through powerful group and 1:1 sessions

There will be a 1 hour lunch break 12-1pm, you are welcome to bring your own lunch, or there are some delicious eateries nearby. There will also be an afternoon break between Innerdance and Ecstatic
