Our Ancestors are out biggest resource, however, these days we are sadly disconnected from that perspective, and instead find ourselves burdened by the dysfunction, judgements and unresolved issues of our family systems.

In this course you will learn how to free yourself from these burdens, and to change perspective so you can proudly stand in your own place and walk forwards with joy and ease.

Parenting your parent, scapegoating, narcissism, not belonging, odd one out, judged, blamed, people pleasing, abuse, pain, sadness, rejection, abandonment, nobody talks about emotions, not good enough, anger, shame.... the list goes on. Health issues, relationship issues and financial issues also come as a result of unresolved family stories.

The Mother/Father wound must be healed if we are to thrive in our lives. Even if we love our parents, it doesn't mean we are free of their burdens. When we don't love our parents, can will still accept life from them? To reject our parents is to reject ourselves.

This course will give you the knowledge and tools to unburden yourself so you can live your own life and stand in your own place. You will learn how identify the unseen factors that are affecting the system, this alone brings great healing. There are simple formulas and techniques that can be applied, that will release you from entanglements and unhealthy dynamics.

For nine years I have watched not only my own life and family system changing in ways I couldn't have imagined, but the same for my clients and students. Unbelievable shifts and changes happen so rapidly. I feel very deeply that EVERYONE benefits from the understanding of this work. I haven't encountered an issue that doesn't link back to the family system. Be it business, health, love etc

What makes this special? Usually you will either have a two hour Family Constellation session which will heal one issue, or you will do a full facilitator training. Instead I have created this offering so that everyone can learn the fundamentals of this healing technique and apply it to their own life, without the pressure of learning to facilitate. You will learn the knowledge and apply it to yourself and your family, using constellation activities in groups, one to one and with homework tasks.

This course is a level 1 offering, which covers all of the fundamental knowledge of Family Constellations Therapy, to be applied to your own personal life. Anyone wishing to move on to level 2 and learn facilitation should complete this course first

The sessions will take place online using Zoom from 10am - 6pm on 10th Jan, 24th Jan, 7th Feb, 21st Feb, plus some short homework tasks to be completed in between. All sessions will be on a Sunday and will be recorded, you will also receive a 55 page PDF workbook.
