Innerdance Weekend Retreat - Lake District

Join us in secluded nature, for a weekend of Innerdance and Colour Flow sessions. A unique experience using different modalities to journey and move through the Chakras.

The innerdance is an intuitive and organic state of expanded consciousness that acts as a gateway towards feeling wholeness and a deeper understanding of who and what We are.

It can often be a journey of psychedelics, sacred geometry, past life memories, childhood memories, deep rest, relaxation, higher guidance and powerful insight. The music impacts your brainwaves and opens you up. It is an awakened dream state, where the impossible becomes possible.

We will weave the innerdance with a variety of activities, focusing on the colours and energies of the Chakra System. These activities will help you to witness what may be lacking or out of balance, and bring more alignment, returning you to wholeness. The wholeness of the You and the Us

During the large group innerdance sessions, music will be created live by Shamanic DJ, Serena Olsen, and supported by a whole team of experienced innerdance space holders from the UK community.

This is a very special event, not to be missed!

We are gathering with the intention of weaving and growing the Innerdance community, and we have kept the cost as low as possible to make this accessible for all.

Plus we will have Breathwork, Fire Pit, and other goodies to enjoy. Music jams are welcome!!

Accommodation is a mix of different size dorm rooms with bunk beds. (4, 6, 8)

Bedding is supplied but bring your own towels

Please also bring your own yoga mat to lie on and any cosy blankets, eye masks, or cushions you might want to use during the sessions

Breakfast will be self serve, with a variety of toast, jam, muesli, fruit, teas and coffee

Lunch will be soup

DInner will also be vegetarian (menu tbc)

You can also bring snacks as fridge storage is available
