Heal your relationship patterns

As adults, we are all carrying around our inner wounded child, and this shows up the strongest in relationships. We are playing out unresolved stories from our family system that are often difficult to see or release. We bring our family patterns into our relationships and try to solve them through our partners. This impacts the way we listen and communicate. We are often looking for parents in our partners and vice versa. We don't feel seen or heard, they dismiss our needs and are critical, sometimes one person is holding both wounded children, toxic patterns play out, we are scared of rejection or abandonment, they are not emotionally present, we would like more peace and harmony but the more we try the worse it gets. They cannot be accountable and there is just a constant blame cycle

In couples constellations we can change that. Allowing each to see and hear the other differently, without the filters or projections of the past. We use special techniques to let the old stories go and both can see the other in a new way. Accountability with dignity, and compassion, along with new ways of relating

This is a 4hr session, where both partners will be present and watching on the zoom call. We use a group of representatives as usual, so both partners will simply be watching the session. We will do constellation work on both partners so whatever that is holding back the relationship can be seen and witnessed by both, supporting a healing movement from both sides
