It is often the most obvious relationships that have the biggest impact on us, especially when unseen dynamics are at play. Family Constellations helps you to release these patterns and entanglements, so they no longer disrupt your life.
PRINCIPLES OF CONSTELLATIONS
1. Everyone has the right to belong to the family system, regardless of their actions.
2. Those who came first, came first. We cannot be bigger than anyone who came before us.
3. Any "unresolved" issues committed by, or done to, an ancestor will try to be balanced out by the next generations.
We cannot decide if someone has more or less right to belong in the family system than others. That is an existential law that's bigger than us, and if we interfere with this, we create imbalance and dysfunction.
Who in your family didn't get to belong?
Parents give and children receive, however throughout recent generations most children didn't receive what they needed and many now find themselves parenting their parents, or looking for what they didn't receive in all of the wrong places.
Many children died young and were never spoken of again. There were adoptions, abortions and miscarriages that were too shameful or painful to bear so they child in question just disappeared. Whatever is excluded doesn't disappear, it runs the show in an invisible way. How many of your ancestors didn't get to grieve?
All of our ancestors suffered shame and pain in some form, and as a result had to "look away" to survive. What they looked away from is repeated in the next generations, trying to be seen. Your health issues, relationships, finances, addictions, obstacles, can all be linked back to what someone had to look away from.
In every situation you experience, there are ideas of blame. Someone is a perpetrator and another a victim. This creates a huge imbalance in the system.
In Family Constellations we work to release the idea of blame, and the labels of victim and perpetrator, so that everyone has a place and can stand in it with dignity.
We do this using fast and powerful techniques which can end the repetition of the stories. We follow a clear formula to break identifications and entanglements, so that each person in the system is acknowledged and this brings wholeness and balance back to the system
WHAT TO EXPECT
You tell me your issue, and a brief, factual outline of what you know about your family system (this may not be much)
I have a group of experienced representatives who will join the session. Someone will represent you, another your issue, then various family members. You will be watching, and will not be actively involved in the process.
We will work to find out where your issue is coming from, what has been excluded, and what wants to be acknowledged within your family system. We will break the identification and entanglement with your ancestor, let go of what you are carrying for them, and give you the gifts you never had. Then you can take your own place and stand in it fully, looking towards your own life, instead of being pulled backwards and holding stories that are not yours
The session will take around 2.5 - 3 hours
You will need good wifi, a quiet space, and a laptop or computer is better than a phone or tablet

I have been working with Family Constellations for over 8 years and originally trained in Australia with Yildiz Sethi.
Yildiz trained directly with Bert Hellinger and maintains the traditional teaching. She also trained with Svagito Liebermeister, Albrecht Mahr, Berthold Ulsamer and Ursula Franke.
Since then I have also completed training courses with Yishai Gaster, Meirav Schreiber, Elena Veselago, Susan Altschwager and Karmic Constellation training with Yael Eini.
Previously, I was a professional coach and trainer in the corporate world, so it gives me great pleasure to apply these skills in a field that's deeply inspiring to me.
I also hold space for Women's Retreats, and Innerdance events. I am deeply committed to bringing through The New Story; the dissolution of the Victim and Perpetrator dynamics found in all of our interactions, and the step into our biggest resource - our unique gifts and individual place in the bigger system. This is my passion and mission
